Job description

Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, IC Plans, sales performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
Create and optimize incentive plans for each sales role in IBU geographies while promoting global & IBU consistency
Assist during the annual quota planning process and apply analytics to ensure optimal coverage models are being used
Manage communications of incentive plans and policies
Deliver trainings that ensure overall incentive program effectiveness
Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness
Partner with sales leadership to develop an overall incentives strategy for IBU geographies
Conduct IC Health Check on effectiveness of field force incentives and help create the incentive plan for field force
Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state/federal/local country marketing and promotion laws and regulations working with Global Compensation Team

Requirements

BTech/ MBA with 0-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation outside of US especially in Europe, LATAM and Asia Pacific

Knowledge of data analytics tools (BI, Tableau) data systems (salesforce.com) and MS Office, SQL, Alteryx, Javelin tools.
Should understand incentive models for sales force
Strong learning agility
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
