Plan, manage and execute social media campaigns, including owned media strategy development, execution and day to day management;
- Create and manage content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality written, graphic and video content for our social media platforms.
- Supervise and manage all social media interactions between consumers and the company managing ORM
- Collaborate with the category team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Own and create all content for new products launching across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-com and Q-com marketplaces
- Partner internal teams to develop and own internal communications as well manage employer branding initiatives on Linkedin
- Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar partnering influencers to drive brand goals
- Partner with creative agencies to deliver content which is on-brand
- Being able to drive growth in subscribers, engagement rates and other efficacy metrics for brand and channel
