To develop strategies and objectives with regard to LCL new business and market opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market.
Liaise directly with operational departments, Local Field sales, Inside Sales, ASM, KAM IN and Head of Sales / Head of Ocean Product to develop existing and new potential clients.
Overall promotion of LCL new and existing initiatives and products. Create tailor made presentations according to the needs across the country on a PAN India basis.
Provide all necessary tools to Sales on the LCL product such as training, marketing campaigns, general presentations, etc.
Pro-actively engage local sales as well as KAM teams, ensuring focus on LCL development.
Identify gaps in LCL knowledge through the region and pro-actively push/support improvement.
Engage with branch product heads, branch heads, head of sales to provide 360 degrees customer support
