Roles & Responsibilities
–Work with project team members to understand, refine and prioritize their research needs
–Identify and determine the most appropriate, cost effective and timely research solutions to meet needs
–Gather information using a broad spectrum of sources
–Organize, analyze and synthesize the findings into targeted, firm-formatted end products-including single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spread-sheets, utilizing standard financial concepts, ratios and calculations
–Begin to build and develop knowledge in one or more “spikes” (e.g. industry, function, or geography) and tap into the firm wide network, where available
–Solid understanding of a specific content area and its salient issues form the basis for advancement at more senior levels of the Global Research career path
Begins to develop basic fact packs and summaries to build your expertise, and be assigned portions of larger documents in your area of focus
Secondary research experience in Generalist team which focuses on working across industries and functions to develop strong research techniques.
