- Oversee the Community initiatives in different countries and initiate and implementation of the same smoothly through the CR&S team members in respective countries.
- Field Level coordination and implementation of different projects and activities in areas of Health, education, Women empowerment, livelihood etc.
- Do need assessment in different communities through different methods and then design community initiatives based on identified gaps
- Formation, strengthening of Women Self Help Groups in different countries.
- Carrying out Need assessment and doing capacity building in relation to the identified community needs.
- Liaison with respective country Heads to get the programs implemented in their respective countries.
Work on Women Empowerment Projects and strong experience of women and understand the Women Self Help Groups.
- Monitoring of the projects and teams work in different countries.
- Represent and liaison with Government counterparts as and when needed.
- Regular communication and coordination with Head ESG and keep her/him updated about the same. and support in all activities.
- Solution oriented approach and do innovations on ground.
- Identify potential like minded agencies in the respective countries and develop partnerships with those organizations.
- Documentation and reporting as and when required.
