Job description
  • Work with the Head of Media & Digital to plan eCom Marketing strategy, managing and executing promotional campaigns across marketplace platforms.
  • Drive ecommerce initiatives implementation from planning, budgeting, validating, executing action plans Manage eCom end-to-end (Search Ads, Display Ads), promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis.
  • Complete ownership of all Marketing Spends of Ecommerce and hence, P&L ownership of Ecommerce channel.
  • Drive key business metrics (ROAS, CTRs, Conversions etc.) on marketplaces.
  • Work with Brand teams to plan, curate & manage content & creatives across Ecom Marketplaces to increase brand visibility across platforms.
  • Overseeing optimization of shopping experience to increase conversion rate. -Manage eCom partner agency / insight partners. Work closely with agencies to track, analyse, automate & report marketing metrics and trends.
  • Build / improve current workflows to streamline and automate processes. -Build and maintain relationships with Marketing SPOCs at all marketplaces & internally support eCom trade team in identifying, evaluating & (if needed) negotiating impact properties for key events.
  • Help manage JBP initiatives.
Requirements

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience of Working on marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
  • Experience in eCom role – CPG / Digital first or eCom agency
  • Experience in broader digital marketing will be an added asset
  • Hands-on personnel with good stakeholder management & Data Analysis skills with exposure to working on various dashboards

Education

  • Bachelor / Masters in Business / Advertising
  • Proficient in Digital / online with recognized certification/s
  • Knowledge of Amazon Internal Tools
